Cancer diagnosis.......... and now what?
A cancer journey is often characterized by uncertainty, fear, and a flood of contradictory information.
Many people feel: There must be more than just treatment – I need guidance, trust and inner peace.
I will accompany you on this path – mindfully, respectfully and free from dogma.
Together we will find out what is truly good for you, which decisions feel right, and how you can shape your own path.
This support is suitable for you if you…
-
If you are looking for clarity and guidance after a diagnosis
-
are considering alternative paths and want to make a clearer decision
-
If you are a relative and would like to learn to deal with the situation more consciously
-
you want to strengthen your inner peace and confidence

A cancer diagnosis changes everything. Suddenly, nothing is the same. Fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion dominate daily life. You might feel powerless, overwhelmed, or alone with your worries.
It often feels like a moment when the world stands still.
My thoughts are racing: What does this mean for me? What happens next? Have I overlooked something? Who can help me?
Between fear, hope, questions and uncertainty, an inner chaos arises that is almost impossible to put into words.
In addition to the physical strain, therapies often bring emotional lows –
Doubt, stress, and the question: How can I do this?
Many people describe feeling simultaneously overwhelmed and incredibly alert — as if life had suddenly taken on a new weight and a new clarity at the same time.
Old certainties begin to crumble, and trust in one's own body seems to be lost for a moment.
And yet, in these exceptional times, there is often a desire for orientation, support, and a path that brings peace back to one's thoughts.
You don't have to walk this path alone – I will accompany you attentively and reliably through this challenging time.
I will help you regain strength, hope, and a sense of self-determination.

Ela (44) received different treatment recommendations after a breast cancer diagnosis, which completely overwhelmed her.
Her oncologist advised immediate chemotherapy, a second opinion initially recommended a surgical solution, and she found numerous alternative approaches on the internet.
Ela's biggest problem was not the decision itself, but the feeling of being "in the fog".
During the support process, we worked step by step on it,
-
to name their fears,
-
Sorting through the flood of information,
-
to clearly recognize inner values and priorities,
-
and to create a framework in which medical discussions can be structured in a more effective way.
With this clarity, she was able to ask targeted questions and decide for herself which path felt right for her body and her life situation.
Ela later said that the greatest gain had been "knowing again inside what is right for me".
Markus (52) was awaiting further examinations after a tumor was discovered in his kidney, with kidney cancer suspected.
An MRI scan initially brought great relief: it showed no evidence of spread.
Nevertheless, an additional biopsy under general anesthesia was to be performed at short notice – even though an appointment for tumor removal had already been scheduled for two weeks from now.
In our conversations, Markus spoke about how exhausted he felt and how stressful two general anesthetics within such a short period would be for him. Together, we organized his thoughts, clarified his priorities, and formulated questions he wanted to ask his doctor.
He went into his next doctor's appointment with this clarity – and openly asked whether the planned biopsy was really necessary, since the surgery date had already been set.
The doctor re-examined the situation and finally decided to forgo the additional biopsy.
For Markus, this meant two weeks without further intervention, during which he was able to stabilize physically and emotionally.

Thomas (38) contacted me because his mother had lymphoma.
He felt torn between worry, responsibility, and exhaustion.
He wanted to support his mother without losing himself.
The accompanying process involved...
-
to recognize one's own limits,
-
To relieve feelings of guilt,
-
Finding ways to communicate that create calm instead of pressure,
-
and to build small, actionable routines for mental stability.
Thomas learned to be present in a loving way without overtaxing himself.
He later reported that his relationship with his mother felt much more harmonious and that he once again had the strength to accompany her through therapy — without constantly being at his limit.
Why you can feel safe and well cared for with me
My name is Claudia Wrobel
I am an educator, systemic consultant, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and founder of akreba.de – a platform for holistic approaches to cancer support.
At the same time as I took the step into self-employment, I received a cancer diagnosis – an experience that helps me today to better understand the challenges faced by people with cancer.
I support people in finding inner peace, trust and orientation – in an environment that is often characterized by fear and uncertainty.
"I know from my own experience and many conversations: The greatest fear after a cancer diagnosis is often not the disease itself – but the disorientation."
Between medicine, alternative methods, and well-intentioned advice, it's easy to lose confidence in oneself.
I myself.
This is exactly where I come in: I support people in finding peace, clarity and self-confidence again – regardless of which path they choose.
